I found the staff very kind and helpful. chi and hein were super accommodating. Our team experienced stomach issues, and hein arranged for the kitchen to make us plain rice congee. all the staff were friendly and professional.
I had a partial sea view room, but the window was quite filthy, which hindered the view. the room felt small for a senior beautiful. There wasn't enough space for a second suitcase, and drawer space for unpacking was lacking.

i received a room upgrade upon arrival , and i was very thankful. the breakfast buffet offered many choices, and the food tasted great. the location is beachfront, just across the street, made access simple.
the window in my partial sea view room seemed a little unclean , preventing me from fully seeing the view.

This hotel provided comfort. The staff such as Uyen, Chi, and Long were very helpful. I found the bed to be very comfortable. I did appreciate the beachfront views from the Junior Suite.
The road between the hotel and the beach had too much traffic. The noise was considerable and it made reading a book by the lower pool hard.

Customer service was excellent. The staff-Uyen Chi Phuong Anh Kiet-were very polite and helpful. Breakfast offered more than enough food daily. This definitely saved on food costs. The room smelled wonderfully of lemongrass each day.
The pool area did not appear to be cleaned often enough.

I appreciated the professional front desk personnel upon arrival. My junior suite on the 10th floor featured an ocean view. The breakfast included a lunch option between 2 PM and 4 PM (a very welcome surprise!).
The junior suite was not much bigger than a normal room.

The room offered ample space with distinct areas for relaxation and work. The bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub. Toiletries were replenished daily, and the air conditioning was very effective.
